Yes. Mini ACDP Master BMW is able to read and write CAS ISN for DME replacement via OBD directly. No need to remove the module.

Here is allowed to identify CAS info, downgrade CAS programming, replace DEM of 32-bit ISN, replace DME of 4-bit ISN, read EGS-ISN/DME-ISN/CAS-ISN, write EGS-ISN/DME-ISN/CAS-ISN, reset CAS system.

Solved! Yanhua Mini ACDP Read BMW CAS3/3+ Memory Decryption Failed

Problem

My Yanhua Mini ACDP Master will not read BMW CAS3, 0L15Y always has memory decryption error, 0L01Y has an error with connection board targets. No method to read CAS3 with ICP solderless adapter. It says: “ Error: Memory decryption failed. Please check if the memory model is correct.”

CAS3 – 0L15Y: Pin detect good, always error with Memory decryption. CAS3 board is V2, No C_GND pin.

CAS3 – 0L01Y: Always pin detect error on ETX.

CAS3 Adapter board makes contact with the wrong pin.

For example, 0L15Y, good pin detection, but CAS 0L01Y has a pinned target in the wrong place, the capacitor blocks the signal.

Sometimes, the CAS3/3+ reading error may say: “Analyze the data error. Please check this CAS is a new CAS or blank CAS.” as well.

Solution

If the above problems occurred, the decryption progress bar will reach 100%. But in normal cases, the chip decryption progress bar will not reach 100%. So it is necessary to check whether the C-GND probe on the interface board is removed or cut. Reinstall the interface board to read the data once.

Steps for matching CAS4+ key ( all keys lost):

1. Read DME ISN code Different models can be read in different ways, refer to the APP help documentation for details. Take the video of reading N20 engine ISN code by drilling hole as an example
2. Read CAS4+ module EEPROM data
3. Program key.

Note: CAS4 + requires a working key, CAS4 not. But the OBD operation options are the same, the ACDP will automatically distinguish between CAS4 and CAS4 +.

How to clone Porsche BCM using Yanhua acdp + module 10?

The job of cloning Porsche BCM can be done using Yanhua Mini acdp + module 10.

Part 1: hardware connection 
Prepare ACDP, OBP+ICP adapter, BCM interface board, and BCM module.

BCM module test point and positioning hole position area.

Install the copper pillar.

Aim the D1, D2, D3 and D4 positioning pin of the BCM interface board to the positions of D1, D2, D3 and D4 positioning hole on the BCM module.

BCM module test point location diagram: The figure above shows the ceramic packaged crystal oscillator diagram, the figure below shows the metal packaged crystal oscillator diagram.

Aim the BCM interface board positioning pin with the BCM module positioning hole and lock the copper pillar. The BCM interface board jumper cap short-circuited position is determined by using the crystal oscillator of the BCM module: EXT1 short-circuited for ceramic packaged crystal oscillator, EXT2 short-circuited for metal packaged crystal oscillator.

Connect ACDP device, OBP+ICP adapter, BCM interface board and BCM module.

Open acdp software, click on "Porsche", then import "Read /write EEPROM / DFLASH" & "Read /write PFLASH"  to achieve the purpose of cloning BCM.

Can Yanhua acdp program BMW cas3+ keyless go key?

Use Yanhua acdp to add new key for cas3+ keyless go key, the key and remote can work, but keyless doesn't work.

CAS3+ must be written on Key1 and Key2, and CAS must be rewritten before it has smart.                                       

The method to match CAS3+ smart key:                               
1. Delete the smart key that was lost on the first 2 key positions.                 
2. Program new key on the same key positions.                                     
3. Smart key needs to rewrite the data that is generated in step 2.
