How to Install Yanhua R7F701402-B Interface Board?

This is a tutorial on how to screw-fasten install Yanhua R7F701402-B Interface Board. It's specially designed for Brazil VW Polo and more, need to work with Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 + Module 34 together.

How to install the Yabhua R7F701402-B Interface Board?

1. Find the interface board installation area on the instrument according to the visual positioning mark.

2. Find the correct positioning holes of D1 on the instrument.

3. Align the interface board with the screw fastener holes and D1 positioning points.

4. Press the interface board down with your left hand, tighten the locking screw with your right hand.

The installation is done.

5. Confirm again that the interface board D1 positioning pins are completely aligned with the D1 positioning holes of the instrument.

Yanhua Mini ACDP data export Operation Guide (iOS system)

This article will guide you on how to export Yanhua Mini ACDP data to send to technicians for analysis when you encounter problems.

Step 1. Open the ACDP software and click "Me"

Note: ACDP software version requires 1.9.7 or higher.

Step 2. Select "My File" => "Menu" => "List" => "ATmatch"

Step 3. Click on the symbol on the right side of the folder you need to export, then click "Zip".

Note: Folders must be compressed before they can be exported. The data can be exported directly.

Step 4. Click on the symbol to the right of the zip package, then choose "Share".

Step 5. Select the APP you want to share with, then "Sent to chat" to complete the sending.

GM 6L50 Gearbox Clone via Yanhua Mini ACDP and Module 22

Yanhua Mini ACDP with Module 22 can support GM 6TXX / 6LXX gearbox clone, this article will take GM 6L50 as an example to guide you on how to do it.

The accessories we need:

20 PIN Cable

OBP+ICP Adapter

ACDP Host

6LXX Interface Board

Connect the ACDP, OBP + ICP adapter, interface board and gearbox as the picture shows.

Open the Mini ACDP APP, choose "GM" → "Gearbox clone" → "GM 6L50"

Backup chip data

Choose "Full backup data", and make sure the gearbox is connected with ACDP.

Confirm the system information and save the screenshot, click continue.

After the clip data has been read successfully, click "Save" in the lower right corner.

Write chip data

Choose "Full Write data", and make sure the gearbox is connected with ACDP.

Confirm the system information and save the screenshot, click continue.

Select the original data file that saved in the previous step.

The device is about to write clip data, please make sure these two gearbox computers' model are the same.

Install the interface board. Short circuit the CAN resistor on the OBP+ICP adapter to the "CAN-R-JOIN".

Step1. Read & Backup Data

Mini ACDP >> VW >> Gearbox Clone >> Audi >> VL381(0AW) >> Full Backup

1. Please connect ACDP with the gearbox.

2. This function needs to be connected to the Internet. Please make sure the network is good.

Confirm the gearbox model, press "Continue".

Read to read chip data, press "OK".

Please save the chip data, press "OK".

Step2. Write Data
