Yanhua ACDP Module 36 BMW 3rd Generation 8HP Gearbox Clone

This is a tutorial on how to do a BMW 3rd generation 8HP gearbox clone with Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 + Module 36 by bench.


Power on the device, and open the Mini ACDP app.

Confirm the device has been bound.


BMW >> EGS >> 8HP_GEN3 Clone(ZF TC275/TC277)

Connect ACDP to the device properly according to the diagram in "Help".

Click "Identify".

Please use the ACDP standard power adapter(voltage+ 12v, current >= 2.5A).

Please connect ACDP with the gearbox.

Verify system info, click OK.

Identify chip info finish.


Full backup data >> OK >> Continue >> Continue

Reading chip data, please wait...

Please save chip data.

The backup file succeeded.


Connect another BMW 3rd generation 8HP gearbox, and prepare to write the original vehicle data.


Full write data >> OK >> Continue

Verify system info, click Continue.

Please select chip data 

(According to the date and time, choose the files ending with "Full".)

Don't turn off the power or unplug the device while writing data.

Yanhua ACDP Module 37: MB HU6 IC177 Mileage Correction

New release! Yanhua ACDP Module 37 for MB HU6 instrument module(IC177) mileage correction has been launched. It supports adjusting mileage for the A167/A213/A247 module with chip model R7F01403. It needs to work with Mini ACDP2 together.

How to Install Yanhua R7F701402-B Interface Board?

This is a tutorial on how to screw-fasten install Yanhua R7F701402-B Interface Board. It's specially designed for Brazil VW Polo and more, need to work with Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 + Module 34 together.


How to install the Yabhua R7F701402-B Interface Board?

1. Find the interface board installation area on the instrument according to the visual positioning mark.

2. Find the correct positioning holes of D1 on the instrument.

3. Align the interface board with the screw fastener holes and D1 positioning points.

4. Press the interface board down with your left hand, tighten the locking screw with your right hand.


The installation is done.

5. Confirm again that the interface board D1 positioning pins are completely aligned with the D1 positioning holes of the instrument.

Yanhua R7F701402-B Interface Board has the advantage of compact size, precise pin positioning, and easy installation. The pin connection is firm and stable, and not easy to loosen. It's much safer for reading and writing data.

Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 34 VW MQB49 1404 5C Mileage Correction

This is a tutorial on how to use Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 + Module 34 to do VW MQB system 1404 5C chip model instrument mileage correction.


Step1. Identify Odometer

1) Turn on the power switch and light up the instrument panel to record the original mileage: 16000km.

2) Connect the Mini ACDP programmer to OBD.

3) Open Mini ACDP APP:

* Make sure the ACDP device has been bound.

VW >> VW MQB IMMO >> MQB49(R7F7014xx 5C) >> ICP+OBD ODO(R7F701404, R7F701406) >> R7F701404 Interface Board R7F701404/05 >> OBD Identify Odometer


Please use the ACDP standard power adapter(voltage+ 12V, current > = 2.5A)

Please connect the vehicle OBD or instrument platform, and light up the meter.

Verify the instrument information.

The identification of meter data is complete!

Step2. ICP Modify Odometer

Turn off the switch. Remove the instrument panel.

Click the help of Step 2, connect the instrument to ACDP according to the diagram.

Make sure the ACDP programmer is connected to the APP.


ICP Modify Odometer >> OK

Please connect the ACDP and the meter.

Verify chip information.

Reading DFLASH...

Reading PFLASH...

Reading BOOT...


Please save the original data of the meter.

Data will be written, please make sure that the ACDP and meter are connected.

The chip is being erased, please wait...

The mileage modification is complete!

Step3. OBD Modify Odometer

Install the car dashboard back into the car.

Connect the ACDP programmer to the car OBD or dashboard test platform.

Make sure the ACDP programmer is connected to the APP.


OBD Modify Odometer >> OK >> OK

Verify instrument information.

Click on the mileage to modify the target mileage: 12000km

Please confirm if the mileage information is consistent, click OK.

Modification of meter data by OBD is complete!


Remove the car instrument.

Connect the instrument to ACDP properly.

Make sure the ACDP programmer is connected to the APP.

ICP Write Odometer >> OK >> OK

Verify chip information.

Please select the original data that is backed up in step 2.

Please save the revised mileage data.

Data will be written, please make sure that the ACDP and meter are connected.

Writing DFLASH, please wait...

The mileage modification is complete!


Install the instrument panel into the car, and turn it on the instrument panel.

Yanhua ACDP Volvo 2023-2024 CEM Interface Board Installation

Yanhua ACDP Volvo (2023-) CEM Interface Board can support 2023-2024 Volvo Lynk & Co and S60/S90/XC60. Need to work with Yanhua Mini ACDP-2 or Mini ACDP. Read the article carefully to learn how to install it.


How to install for 2023-2024 Volvo Lynk & Co 01/03/09?

This is specifically designed for the SPC5748C chip model CEM.

1. Push the lock fastening of the interface board to the unlock position. Find the interface board installation area on CEM according to the visual positioning mark.

2. Align the interface board with the CEM socket and the 2 positioning holes.


3. Press the interface board downward with your fingers, and push the PCB lock buckle to the locked position to lock the interface board.

How to install for 2023-2024 Volvo S60/S90/XC60?

This is specifically designed for the SPC5748G chip model CEM.

How to install ACDP Module 33 MQB thumb screw-fastened (MQB-75) interface board

This post will guide you on how to install the MQB thumb screw-fastened (MQB-75) interface board from Yanhua ACDP Module 33.


Here comes the procedure:


1. Find the interface board installation area on the instrument according to the visual positioning mark on the interface board.

2. Find the correct positioning holes of D1, D2, and D3 on the instrument.

Benz 271 DME Clone via Yanhua ACDP and Module 18

This post will guide you on how to do the Benz 271 DME clone via Yanhua Mini ACDP and Module 18.


Power on the ACDP, open the ACDP app and confirm in the upper right corner that the ACDP device is connected.


Click [Benz]>>[DME Clone]>>[Bench Mode]>>[C Class], then we click on the "Help" of SIM271DE.

Connect ACDP with the device correctly according to the help documentation, the overall connection diagram is shown in the figure.

Then we click [SIM271DE] to do the DME clone.


Step 1: Connect

Click [Connect]

Prompt: Please use the ACDP standard power adapter (voltage+ 12V, current>=2.5A).

Click "OK" to continue.


Prompt: Please connect ACDP with the DME, ensure a stable network connection, and DO NOT pull out the device while it working.

Click "Continue".


Confirm the read system information, and click"Continue".

Confirm the system information and save a screenshot, click "OK"


The connection system is finished.

Step 2: Read/write data

Click [Read/write data]>>[Full Backup Date]

Prompt: Please connect ACDP with the DME, ensure a stable network connection, and DO NOT pull out the device while it working.

Click "Continue".

Click "OK" to continue.


This is the storage path for the backup files, confirm and click [Save a file].

Click the icon on the top left corner to go back to the previous step.

Step 3: Disconnect

Click [Disconnect]

Prompt: Please use the ACDP standard power adapter (voltage+ 12V, current>=2.5A).

Click "Continue".


Disconnect finished.

Connect another 271 DME, preparing to write the original files.


Step 1: Connect

Click [Connect]

Prompt: Please connect ACDP with the DME, ensure a stable network connection, and DO NOT pull out the device while it working.

Click "Continue".


Confirm the read system information, and click "Continue".

Confirm the system information and save a screenshot, click "OK" to continue.


The connection system is finished.

Step 2: Read/write data

Click [Read/write data]>>[Full Write Data]

Click "Continue".

Audi 6HP gearbox clone via Yanhua ACDP and K-line Module Clone

This post will guide you on how to use Yanhua Mini ACDP and its' Module 32: K-line Module Clone to do an Audi 6HP gearbox clone.


Power on the ACDP

Open the ACDP app, and confirm in the upper right corner that the ACDP device is connected.


Click Module, click K-Line module clone, and click on the help of 6HP BOSCH(VAG)


Connect ACDP with the device correctly according to the help documentation, the overall connection diagram is shown in the figure.
