ACDP (PC Version) – How to Quickly Find Saved Data

This guide explains how to locate saved vehicle data files in the ACDP PC Version.

Ensure your software is up to date before proceeding.

Software Version Requirements

To use this feature, ensure your ACDP software is updated to the following versions or above:

ACDP1 PC Version: V1.0.65+

ACDP2 PC Version: V2.0.9+

1. Launch the ACDP PC application.

2. Go to [Me] → [About].

3. Confirm that your ACDP1 or ACDP2 PC version meets the required update level.

Locate Saved Vehicle Data Files

1. Click [My File].

2. The system will automatically open the UserData folder.

3. This folder contains all vehicle model data files generated during your operations.

4. Browse and select the file you need.

ACDP Folder Export Tutorial on iOS (Version 3.6.5 and Above)

This guide will show you how to export folders from the Yanhua ACDP app on an iOS device. Before starting, make sure your ACDP app is updated to version 3.6.5 or above.

Step 1: Check Your App Version

Launch the ACDP app.

Go to [Me] → [About].

Confirm that your app version is 3.6.5 or higher.

Step 2: Open “My File”

Tap [My File].

All vehicle model folders you have worked on will appear on this page.

Locate the folder you want to export and prepare to compress it.

In this tutorial, we use the BMW folder as an example.

Step 3: Compress the Folder

Long-press the BMW folder.

Select [Zip].

A message will appear:

“A zip file has been created in the current directory: bmw.zip.”

Long-press the newly created bmw.zip file and tap [Share].

Step 4: Export Through Third-Party Software

Choose a third-party app for export.

In this example, we select WeChat.

Choose a contact and send the zipped file.

Yanhua MiniACDP Module 36: JLR 3rd Gen 8HP Gearbox Clone

This is a tutorial on how to do JLR 3rd Generation 8HP Gearbox Clone with Yanhua MiniACDP-2 + Module 36 on bench.

Power on the MiniACDP-2.

MiniACDP>> JLR >> Gearbox Clone >> 8HP_GEN3(ZF TC275)

Connect ACDP to the device properly according to the diagram.

Click "Identify" after a successful connection.

Please use the ACDP standard power adapter(voltage+ 12V, current >= 2.5A)

Please connect ACDP with the gearbox.

Verify system info, click OK.

Identify chip info finish.

Full backup data >> OK >> Continue >> Continue

Reading chip data, please wait...

Please save chip data.

The backup file succeeded.

*Pay attention to the path, date, time, and file name of the file backup.

Backup chip data finish.

Connect another JLR 3rd generation 8HP gearbox.

Prepare to write the original vehicle data.

Full write data >> OK >> OK

Verify system info, click Continue.

Please select chip data: select the files ending with "Full".

Ready to write chip data, please don't cut the power nor pull out the device during the programming!

Make sure to have backed-up data, there is a risk in writing chip data!

Click Continue.

Yanhua ACDP Module 36: ZF-TC1782/TC275/TC277 Gearbox Clone

Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 Add 2024 Volvo XC-90 Key Success

This 2024 Volvo XC-90 CEM has a new style; it only has 3 plugs instead of the usual 6. To program the 2023 new car, I'll need to use the Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 and Module 20 License + CEM Interface Board together. The Mini ACDP is doing a fantastic job.

After connecting, go to the Mini ACDP APP:

Volvo >> XC90(2022-) >> Read CEM data by ICP >> SPC5748G(VOLVO-24)

The chip connection is good.

Volvo >> XC90(2022-) >> OBD detect >> OK

Connect the ACDP to the vehicle OBDII port and press the engine start button.

Turn on the ignition.

We can see the current key is 2.

Add key/all key lost >> OK

Please make sure the CEM module has been installed.

Connect the ACDP to the vehicle OBDII port and press the engine start button.

Turn on the ignition.

OK >> OK

Please select CEM password data.

Please put the smart key you need to match in the key recognition area of the cup holder or the hand-held box.

Current number of keys: 3

The new key has been successfully added.

Check the new key, it can normally work.

ACDP Module 34 Lock fastening (D70F3426-B) interface board Installation tutorial

This post will show you how to install the Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 34 Lock fastening (D70F3426-B) interface board.

Here are steps:

1. Push the lock fastening of the interface board to the unlock position.

Find the interface board installation area on the instrument according to the visual positioning mark on the interface board.

2. Find the correct positioning holes of D1-D4 on the instrument.

3. Precisely align the lock buckle of the interface board PCB with the installation area and with the positioning points D1 and D2.

4. With the finger-down pressure interface board, push the PCB lock buckle to the locked position to lock the interface board, and the installation is done.

5. Confirm again that the interface board D1-D4 positioning pins are completely aligned with the D1-D4 positioning holes of the instrument.
