Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 34 VW MQB 1402 5A Mileage Correction

This is a tutorial on mileage correction for the VW MQB system 1402 5A chip model instrument with Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 + Module 34. 

Check the video to view the detailed operation:

Turn on the power switch on the car and light up the instrument panel.

Record the original mileage, then remove the instrument panel.

Connect & open the Mini ACDP APP.

Make sure the upper right corner that the ACDP device has been bound.

VW >> VW MQB IMMO >> MQB48(R7F7014xx 5A) >> Help

Ensure the instrument is of the 5A type.

ICP ODO >> R7F701402 Interface Board R7F701402 >> Help

Connect the instrument to ACDP according to the help document.

Auto mode >> OK

Please use the ACDP standard power adapter(voltage+ 12V, current>= 2.5A)

Note:

Repairing the mileage requires a full-chip erase risky operation, please ensure the chip data has been backed up correctly.

OK >> Continue 

Verify chip information, click Continue.

Click OK to save all the chip's backup data.

Verify instrument information, click Continue.

Enter the value to modify the mileage: 800km

Click OK to save the revised mileage data.

Data will be written, please make sure that the ACDP and meter are connected.

The mileage calibration is completed!

Install the instrument panel back to the car, then turn it on.

Check if the mileage displayed on the instrument panel is normal.

Done.

Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 34 VW MQB RH850 Installation Tutorial

This is a tutorial on how to install Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 34 for VW MQB RH850 IMMO programming. Need to work with Mini ACDP-2 or Mini ACDP-1. It included a 9-piece bench interface board and license.

Thumb Screw-Fastened R7F701402 Interface Board

1. Follow the visual positioning mark on the Module 34 Interface Board to find the installation area on the instrument.

2. Find the correct positioning holes of D1 on the instrument.

3. Align the interface board with the screw fastener holes and D1 positioning points.

4. Press the interface board down and tighten the locking screw.

5. Confirm again that the interface board D1 positioning pins are completely aligned with the D1 positioning holes of the instrument.

Lock Fastening R7F701407 Interface Board

1. Push all PCB lock fastening on the interface board to the unlock position. Follow the visual positioning mark to find the installation area on the instrument.

2. Find the correct positioning holes of D1, D2, D3 on the instrument.

3. Check that the D1 and D2 positioning pins are completely aligned with the positioning holes of the instrument. Ensure that the PCB lock buckle is completely aligned.

4. Finger down the pressure interface board, and push the PCB buckle to the locked position to lock the interface board.

5. Confirm again that the interface board D1, D2, and D3 positioning pins are completely aligned with the positioning holes of the instrument.

Lock Fastening D70F3426 Interface Board

1. Push the lock fastening of the interface board to the unlock position. Find the interface board installation area on the instrument according to the visual positioning mark on the interface board.

2. Find the correct positioning holes of D1, D2, D3 on the instrument.

3. Check that the D1 and D2 positioning pins are completely aligned with the positioning holes of the instrument. Ensure that the PCB lock buckle is completely aligned.

4. Push the PCB lock buckle to the locked position to lock the interface board.

5. Confirm again that the interface board D1, D2, D3, and D4 positioning pins are completely aligned with the positioning holes of the instrument.

Yanhua ACDP Volvo 2023-2024 CEM Interface Board Installation

Yanhua ACDP Volvo (2023-) CEM Interface Board can support 2023-2024 Volvo Lynk & Co and S60/S90/XC60. Need to work with Yanhua Mini ACDP-2 or Mini ACDP. Read the article carefully to learn how to install it.

How to install for 2023-2024 Volvo Lynk & Co 01/03/09?

This is specifically designed for the SPC5748C chip model CEM.

1. Push the lock fastening of the interface board to the unlock position. Find the interface board installation area on CEM according to the visual positioning mark.

2. Align the interface board with the CEM socket and the 2 positioning holes.

3. Press the interface board downward with your fingers, and push the PCB lock buckle to the locked position to lock the interface board.

Installation is done.

How to install for 2023-2024 Volvo S60/S90/XC60?

This is specifically designed for the SPC5748G chip model CEM.

(Fixed) BAV KAY programmer for my ACDP not working

A customer bought our ACDP 2 IMMO Locksmith Package, and today reported that the BAV KAY programmer for his ACDP is not working.

Problem:

It says to connect the BAV key reader when I plug in the key reader, it doesn't connect to the key reader, none of the light comes on the key reader, and it doesn't read the keys, everything else works fine with the ACDP device just not the key reader.

When I was trying to add a key to fem no lights and it said add key failed No lights on BAV were coming on.

Solution:

Put the key in the BAV instead of the fem unit.

How to get BMW ISN with Yanhua ACDP and Module 3

Hi, Elyza. What must I do to get ISN with ACDP 2 + Module 3? I have a job where all keys are lost.

Yanhua engineers checked and replied:

Read ISN need to buy Module 3 + X5 Board, follow the instruction operate:

Step 1. Please prepare ACDP, 20Pin cable, interface board, and DME.

Step 2. Connect the interface board correctly to the DME interface as shown.

Step 3. Short the jumper cap to the "CAN-R" port according to the marked position.

Step 4. Connect ACDP, 20Pin cable, interface board, and DME.

(Fixed) Software error when ACDP 1 authorization is transferred to ACDP 2

Recently, we received feedback from a customer saying that after his ACDP 1 authorization was successfully transferred to ACDP 2, the software had an error and could not be used normally:

On Android, it shows "The program verification is abnormal".

On the iPhone, it shows an "unknown error".

The technician gave a solution: clear the cache and then enter the software again.

Customer feedback: I have tried this before. I tried again. Same issue. I need to use this as soon as possible as I have customers waiting.

Finally, we helped the customer contact the factory technician for remote support and found out that there was a bug in the authorization transfer software. The technician helped to fix it. After clearing the cache again, the software works fine.

Power on & open Mini ACDP.

The device number is displayed in the top right corner, indicating that the device is connected.

Slide the page to the bottom.

Special function >> Adapter upgrade >> Help for PCF-KEY Upgrade

Connect the PCF-KEY adapter to the ACDP device.

Click "PCF-KEY Upgrade".

Please use the ACDP standard power adapter(voltage+ 12V, current >= 2.5A).

Please insert the PCF-KEY adapter.

Check the current version and the latest version number. 

If inconsistent, click "Yes" to upgrade to the latest version.

The upgrade adapter is complete.
